      【】目的 对英文版的斜视儿童代理人生存质量量表(Proxy Intermittent Exotropia Questionnaire,Proxy -IXTQ)进行汉化,检验其中文版的效度和信度。方法 采用Brislin翻译模型对Proxy -IXTQ进行汉化,经专家委员会及预实验调适条目,最后将其应用于105例斜视儿童代理人,对测定结果进行信效度分析。结果 汉化后的Proxy -IXTQ总的内容效度为 0.95 ,Cronbach’s a系数为0.912,包含12个条目,2个维度,探索性因子分析得到2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为62.673％,重测信度为0.901,与PedsQL4.0的相关系数r为0.502。结论 汉化的Proxy -IXTQ是一份具有较好效度和信度的评估工具,可用于临床斜视患儿生存质量的评估。
英文摘要:
      【】Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Proxy Intermittent Exotropia Questionnaire(Proxy -IXTQ)．Methods The English version of Proxy -IXTQ was translated into Chinese according to Brislin translation mode1．The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Proxy -IXTQ was tested in 105 exotropia patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy．Results The content validity and the Cronbach’s a coefficient of the Chinese version of Proxy -IXTQ was O．95and O．912 respectively．Two factors were extracted by factor analysis and the cumulated variance was 62.673％ ．the test-retest reliability was0.901,The criterion—related validity was 0.502 measured by comparing with the PedsQL4.0．Conclusion The Chinese version of Proxy -IXTQ has been proved to be reliable and valid．It can be used to measure the exotropia patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy．
