目的了解小儿伽玛刀治疗全身麻醉的特点和护理方法。方法通过总结2004-2015年我院104例小儿伽玛刀治疗全身麻醉的护理过程。并进一步分析其护理的特点和注意事项。结果患儿安睡,全麻效果满意,治疗过程顺利。结论小儿伽玛刀治疗全身麻醉的护理必须结合伽玛刀治疗特点,加强监护,以策安全。只要采用了正确的医护措施,全身麻醉下小儿伽玛刀治疗是安全、可靠的。

英文摘要:

Objective To understand the characteristics and nursing methods of the general anesthesia with gamma knife treatment in children. Methods 104 cases of pediatric gamma knife treatment in our hospital between2004 to 2015 were summarized. And further analysis of the characteristics of the nursing care and attention. Results The effect of general anesthesia is satisfactory, The treatment process is successful. Conclusion Nursing methods of the general anesthesia with gamma knife treatment in children must be combined with gamma knife treatment characteristics.Strengthen the monitoring to ensure safety.Pediatric gamma knife treatment under general anesthesia is safe and reliable.
