      【摘要】 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患儿父母的疾病不确定感水平及其影响因素。方法 采用一般情况调查表、中文版疾病不确定感父母量表（PPUS）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）、简易应对方式量表（SCSQ）对100例恶性肿瘤患儿父母进行调查。结果 恶性肿瘤患儿父母疾病不确定感总分为（90.55±12.60）分，疾病不确定感总分与一般自我效能感呈负相关（P＜0.01），与积极应对方式呈负相关（P＜0.01）。回归分析结果显示，文化程度、患儿疾病状况、自我效能感、积极应对是恶性肿瘤患儿父母疾病不确定感的主要影响因素，共解释46.5%的变异量。结论 护理人员应采取针对性的干预措施，提高恶性肿瘤患儿父母对疾病的认知和应对能力，从而降低其疾病不确定感。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】Objective To investigate the current status and impact factors of Uncertainty in illness in Parents of children with cancer. Methods A total of 100 parents of children with cancer were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire ,Parents Perception of Uncertainty Scale(PPUS) ,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results Among 100 parents,the total score of PPUS was（90.55±12.60）scores,the total score of PPUS was negatively correlated with general self-eficacy,and negatively correlated with positive coping style,too.Regression analysis showed that parents education level,the children’s state of health and positive coping were impact factors of PPUS,which explained 46.5% of the variance .Conclusion Nursing staff shoud take appropriate intervemtion measures for parents of children with cancer, enhance the cognitive status and coping abiliy to decrease the level of uncertainty in illness .
