【摘要】目的：研究影响临床护生实习期间的感受，针对这些感受制定相应的带教措施，以提高临床实习生能动性。方法：选择2015年2月到2016年1月实习的护生10名，进行访谈，提炼主题，分析结果。结果：通过资料分析，提取了四大主题：1.理论学习到临床实践的转变2.环境与工作压力3. 自我实现的缺失4.职业态度。结论：在实习工作中，优选带教老师，确立护生的主体地位，做到放手不放眼，给予适当的鼓励与就业指导，发挥护生的主观能动性，能缩短护生临床实习心理适应期，让其热爱本职工作，增强职业自豪感，更好的投入到工作中去。

英文摘要:

objective: To study the feel of clinical nursing students, and to make corresponding teaching measures to improve the initiative of clinical interns. Methods: 10 nursing students who were selected from February 2015 to January 2016 were selected and analyzed. The subjects were extracted and the results were analyzed. Results: through the analysis of data, four major themes were extracted: 1 theoretical study and clinical practice, the change of the 2 environmental and work pressure 3 self realization of the lack of 4 professional attitude. Conclusion: in practice, preferably with a teacher, to establish the dominant position of nursing students, do not to let go and look, give appropriate incentives and employment guidance, play the nursing students" subjective initiative, relationship of nurse students in clinical practice psychology adaptation period, let the love of his own work, enhance the sense of professional pride, the better to put to work to.
