      摘要：目的 了解临床护士疼痛管理知识与态度的现状，为进行系统的疼痛护理教育，提升护理人员的疼痛管理能力提供参考依据。方法 2015年11月至2016年2月间，方便抽取上海市某三甲医院临床一线护士152人，采用疼痛管理知识与态度问卷（Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain，KASRP）和自行设计的一般情况调查表进行现状调查。结果 临床护士的KASRP平均得分为19.18±3.26分，答对率为47.96%，护士的工作年限、学历、职称、职后疼痛相关知识培训的经历、使用疼痛评估工具的频率以及疼痛护理信心与问卷答对率之间的差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。疼痛培训的经历在疼痛药物和疼痛干预方面的部分条目得分中差异有统计学意义，不同科室护士的问卷得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护士在疼痛管理知识和态度上存在显著缺陷，临床上疼痛相关培训成效不大，亟需探索一套系统的教育管理办法来有效提升疼痛护理管理能力。

      Abstract: Objective To explore the status of nurse's knowledge and attitudes on pain management so as to provide the information for establishing a system for pain management education. Methods From November 2015 to February 2016, a convenient sample of 152 clinical nurses from a public hospital were recruited to fill out pain management knowledge and attitude questionnaire (Knowledge and Attitudes Survey Regarding Pain, KASRP) and self-designed questionnaire. Results The average score of KASRP is 19.18±3.26 and the accuracy is 47.96%, Length of the nurses, education, job title, after pain related knowledge training experience, the frequency of the use of pain assessment tools, and pain nursing confidence and had no significant correlation between questionnaire right rate (P＞0.05). Pain training experience hadsignificant correlation between some pain medications and pain intervention questionnaire scores, and the department was related with the questionnaire scores (P < 0.05).Conclusion Nurses in pain management knowledge and attitudes exist obvious drawback, the pain clinically relevant training effect is not big. Further research is needed to explore a set of system of education management measures to effectively improve the pain nursing management ability.
