【】目的探讨中医穴位按摩对精神科住院患者功能性便秘的缓解作用。

【】 objective To study the valueof traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massage in alleviation of functional constipation of inpatients with mental disorders.Methods Patients with schizophrenia 2 wards received long-term treatment of laxative drugs, and conform to Roman Ⅲ standard. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group ,each with 35 cases . The control group received routine care, the observation group receivedtraditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point massageon the basis of the control group , defecation situation between the 2 groupswere compared. Results Traditional Chinesemedicine acupuncture pointmassage can effectively alleviate and preventfunctional constipation of inpatients with schizophrenia. Conclusions Traditional Chinesemedicineacupuncture point massagein the process of psychiatric nursing can effectively relieve constipation, improve the patients" medication compliance and quality of life, avoid and reducecomplications of constipation, it has good efficiency.
