| 目的 探讨滋阴润肤方熏洗疗法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的的临床疗效及中医护理技术要点。方法 将62例患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组33例；治疗组患者采用滋阴润肤方熏洗,对照组患者采用清水熏洗,疗程28d。比较治疗前后2组患者的临床疗效评估、血清瘙痒介质指标(P物质、β-内啡肽及γ-干扰素)和肝肾功能指标(血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及肌酐)。结果 治疗组患者的临床疗效优越于对照组(P＜0.05)；2组患者治疗后血清P物质、β-内啡肽及γ-干扰素指标比较差异有非常显著性(P＜0.01)；2组患者治疗后血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酐指标比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05),不良反应轻微。结论 滋阴润肤方熏洗治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的疗效优于清水熏洗治疗,规范的护理方法是提高疗效的重要保证。 |

| Objective To study the clinical efficiency of Ziyinrunfu herbal fumigation to patients with diabetic pruritus and nursing methods. Methods 62 patients with diabetic pruritus were randomly divided into two groups:29 cases of treatment group and 33 cases of control group. Cases of treatment group were treated with Ziyinrunfu herbal fumigation and cases of control group were treated with water fumigation. The therapy course of both groups was 28 days. The result of these therapies, Serum itching index(substance P、β-EP and INF-γ), liver and kidney function index(ALT、AST and Cr)were observed before and after treatment. Results The rate of efficiency in the treatment group (92.59%) was superior to that in the control group (81.82%) (P＜0.05).There was also significant difference in serum substance P、β-EP and INF-γbetween the two groups (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in serum ALT、AST and Cr between the two groups (P＞0.05).The side effect was low in both groups.. Conclusion The treatment effect of Ziyinrunfu herbal fumigation to patients with diabetic pruritus is better than that of using water fumigation only. Normative nursing methods is an important guarantee to improve the clinical effect. |
