      目的:探讨以Calgary-Cambridge指南为框架的沟通技能培训对护士沟通能力和促进护患关系的效果。方法:选取59名工作2-5年护士 ,按照简单随机法分为观察组和对照组。观察组参与Calgary-Cambridge沟通技能培训,对照组不参与培训。培训结束后采用《护理沟通能力测试量表》和《住院患者满意度调查表》进行评价。结果:培训后两组在沟通过程各维度表现上观察组均高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),从患者满意度来看,培训前两组成员满意度差异无统计学意义,培训后患者对观察组护理成员满意度普遍高于对照组(P<0.01),也高于观察组培训前的满意度,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:以Calgary-Cambridge指南为理论框架的护患沟通技能培训,提高了护士护患沟通能力和患者满意度,具有可行性。
英文摘要:
      Abstarct Objective To investigate the effects of communication skills and patient relationships in the nurses who use the framework of Calgary-Cambridge guidelines. Methods The study selected 59 nurses who have worked for 2-5 years. The total nurses were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The nurses participate in Calgary-Cambridge communication skills training in observation group. In the control group nurses did not participate in training. After the end of the training, we evaluated the effects, using the nursing communication ability test scale and the inpatient satisfaction questionnaire. Results Compared with the control group, in observation group: the performance of the communication process was significantly higher (P<0.01). There was no statistic difference from the patient's satisfaction point of view between the observation group and the control group. But after the training, the patients' satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). And it was significant improved in the observation group after the training (P<0.01). Conclusion The trainings with the framework of Calgary-Cambridge guidelines improve the communication skills and the patient satisfaction. It is feasible in clinical.
