      目的：了解急性创伤患者的心理韧性水平,探讨不同应对方式与心理韧性的相关性。方法：采用Connor-Davidson韧性量表、医学应对方式问卷调查上海市某三级医院收入ICU的120例急性创伤患者的心理韧性及应对方式水平,并进行相关性分析。结果：急性创伤患者韧性总均分为(57.62±10.55)分,坚韧、自强、乐观总均分分别为(30.06±6.35)分(19.31±2.98)分、(8.25±2.16)分。应对方式的面对、回避、屈服总分分别为(17.08±3.28)分、(14.78±2.90)分、(9.34±2.86)分。患者的韧性得分与面对应对方式呈正相关,韧性得分与回避和屈服应对方式呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：ICU急性创伤患者的心理韧性处于较低水平,且与应对方式有一定的相关性,医护人员应注重指导患者采取有效的应对方式,从而提高患者韧性水平,促进疾病康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To understand the resilience level in patients with acute trauma, to investigate the correlation between different coping styles and mental resilience. Methods：Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Medical Coping Style Questionnaire were used to investigate the resilience and coping style level of 120 cases of acute trauma patients in a three level hospital in Shanghai, and the correlation analysis was conducted. Results: The average score of resilience in patients with acute trauma was (57.62 ± 10.55). The average score of tenacity,strength and optimism score were(30.06 ± 6.35),( 19.31 ± 2.98),( 8.25 ± 2.16).The score of coping style of confrontation, avoidance and resignation were (17.08 ± 3.28 ),( 14.78 ± 2.90 ),( 9.34 ± 2.86). The patient"s resilience score was positively correlated with the coping style of confrontation and negatively correlated with avoidance coping style and resignation coping style, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The resilience level is at a low-level and there is a certain degree of correlation between resilience and coping style in ICU patients with acute trauma. Medical staff should pay attention to guide the patients to take effective coping style, so as to improve the resilience level and promote disease rehabilitation。.
