中文摘要:
      目的：探讨臂上皮神经综合症实施针刀治疗前后的有效护理方式。方法：选择臀上皮神经综合征实施针刀治疗患者59例,术前认真做好心理护理,术中、术后严密监测生命体征变化,及时指导功能锻炼,讲授出院后注意事项及康复训练的方法。结果：53例临床症状完全消失,3例临床症状减轻,未出现并发症。有效率达94.9%。结论：应用针刀治疗臀上皮神经综合征患者,术前、术中、术后周密的护理措施为促进患者康复提供了保障,提高临床的疗效起到积极的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To discuss the effective nursing methods, before and after the superior gluteal nerve syndrome patients treated by needle-knife. Method: Select 59 patients diagnosed as superior gluteal nerve syndrome who have been treated by needle-knife therapy. Psychological care was given to the patients before the treatment. Monitored the change of vital signs in the process of treatment. guided function exercise in time, instructed the matters needing attention and method of rehabilitation training after out of the hospita.Result: 53 cases clinical symptoms disappear completely, 3 cases of clinical symptoms, without complications. The efficient is 94.9%.Conclusion: Preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative careful nursing measures for the patients who was applicationed of needle knife therapy with rehabilitation provides the security, improved the clinical curative effect play a positive role.
