| 目的 探讨社交软件支持在强直性脊柱炎患者健康宣教中效果评价。方法 选择2015年5月-2016年5月由长征医院风湿免疫科收治的强直性脊柱炎患者100例，其中未婚的64例、已婚的36例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，住院日及出院后，对照组采取对疾病及健康知识的常规健康宣教护理；观察组采取常规宣教护理加社交软件支持健康宣教护理。了解观察组对社交软件支持健康宣教的接受情况，同时比较两组患者出院后3个月对疾病知识的掌握情况，包括正确用药、适当的功能锻炼。结果 3个月后，两组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况相比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组对社交软件支持宣教中有90%完全接受，有8%大部分接受，有2%小部位接受。结论 利用社交软件能够加强了健康宣教的落实，更好的让患者了解疾病，从而更好的让强直性脊柱炎患者正确用药及合理的功能锻炼，能有效的提高强直性脊柱炎患者的治疗。 |

| To investigate the effectiveness evaluation of social software in the health education to the patients with ankylosing spondylitis. We selected 100 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis, who were treated in department of rheumatism and immunology of Changzheng hospital from May 2015 to May 2016. There are 64 cases of unmarried and 36 cases of unmarried. The patients were divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases in each randomly. During the days in hospital and out of hospital, the control group was nursed by using the conventional health education of disease and health knowledge, while the observation group was nursed by using the social software to support the conventional health education. We understood the acceptance situation of the observation group, and compared the mastery of the disease knowledge of the patients in two groups during the 3 month out of hospital, including the right medication and the appropriate functional exercise. The results show that the difference of the mastery of the related disease knowledge in two group was statistically significant (P<0.01). In observation group supported by social software, there are 90% patients fully accepted, 8% patients most accepted, and 2% patients small accepted. So we can conclude that using the social software can better let the patients understand the diseases, and make the patients with ankylosing spondylitis take the right medication and the reasonable functional exercise. It also strengthened the implementation of the health education and improved the curative effect for the patients with ankylosing spondylitis. |
