      【】 目的：了解特需医疗护士职业紧张现状及其人格因素的关系,为制订控制、预防职业紧张对策提供依据。 方法：采用职业紧张量表修订版(OSI-R)及16PF量表对佛山市第一人民医院、第二人民医院,市妇幼保健院的104名特需医疗护士进行团体施测。结果 ：三所医院104名特需医疗护士OSI-R量表的ORQ总分(t=9.10,P=0.00)、PSQ总分(t=19.16,P=0.00)、PRQ总分(t=-4.54,p=0.00)与全国总体常模的差异均显著(均有P<0.05)；特需医疗护士个体紧张反应的影响因素为任务冲突、任务模糊、责任感和高压工作环境,其中任务冲突和责任感对紧张反应的影响最大；特需医疗护士的职业紧张与16PF的人格特征之间没有显著的相关性。 结论： 特需医疗护士的职业紧张现状普遍严重,医院的管理部门应采取积极的防治措施对该人群进行心理干预。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the occupational stress status and personality factors of the special medical nurses,and provide a basis for the development of countermeasures about control and prevention of occupational stress. Method Using Occupational Stress Inventory Bevised Edition(OSI-R)and Sixteen Personality Factor Text,to evaluate the 104 special medical nurses in the first people’s hospital of foshan、the second people’s hospital of foshan and Maternal and child health care. Result PSQ total score (t = 19.16, P = 0.00), total score of PRQ (t = -4.54, p (P <0.05). The influencing factors of individual stress of special medical nurses were task conflict, task ambiguity, sense of responsibility and high-pressure working environment, in which task conflict and sense of responsibility were closely related to stress . There was no significant correlation between occupational stress and 16PF personality traits of special medical nurses. Conclusion Occupational stress of the special needs of medical nurses is generally serious, the hospital"s management should take active preventive measures to the crowd psychological intervention.
