| 【】 目的：探讨化疗护理监测日志在日间化疗患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月—2016年6月收治的120例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规的医疗护理,观察组给予发放化疗护理监测日志,建立个体化的化疗护理档案,在接受常规医疗护理的基础上,连续性的观察并记录患者整个化疗疗程的病情变化。比较两组患者对日间化疗满意度、化疗依从性、疾病相关认知程度、导管相关不良反应发生率及化疗不良反应严重程度的情况。 结果：观察组对日间化疗满意度、化疗依从性及疾病相关认知程度均高于对照组(P <0. 05)；观察组导管相关不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；但观察组化疗不良反应严重程度与对照组无差别(P>0.1)。结论：化疗护理监测日志有助于提高日间化疗患者在整个化疗周期中的疾病相关认知程度及依从性；降低导管相关不良反应发生率；但对降低化疗不良反应的严重程度无明显效果 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of chemotherapy nursing monitoring log on the patients of day care chemotherapy . Method: 120 patients with malignant tumor who do the chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given the traditional medical nursing without the chemotherapy nursing monitoring log. The observation group was given the chemotherapy nursing monitoring log, and establishing the individual chemotherapy nursing files, continuous observing and recording the patient"s condition change during the chemotherapy. The degree of mastery of chemotherapy-related knowledge, the incidence of adverse drug reactions, nursing service satisfaction, incidence of catheter-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result: The degree of chemotherapy-related knowledge, nursing service satisfaction, and chemotherapy compliance were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Thus, the incidence of catheter-related adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse drugs reaction between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion: Chemotherapy nursing monitoring log could help to improve the treatment-related awareness and compliance during the chemotherapy in the day care patients Moreover, the chemotherapy nursing monitoring log could lower the incidence of catheter-related adverse reactions. However, the chemotherapy nursing monitoring log could not reduce the incidence of adverse drugs reaction. |
