      目的 探讨康复视频在心脏围手术期患者的应用效果。方法 选取2016年1月至2016年8月于上海市长征医院胸心外科进行心脏手术的患者80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理的方法,观察组在常规围手术期护理的基础上给予观看康复视频。结果 两组患者在术后气管插管时间、监护时间、离床率、术后住院时间、Barthel指数及术后并发症等方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复视频在心脏围手术期的应用更有效缩短心脏术后患者气管插管时间、监护时间,能提高离床率、自理能力以及降低并发症,有利于术后康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective to explore the effect of recovery video applied in perioperative guide for patients of cardiac surgery. Methods 80 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2016 were choosen for research and divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40). Patients of the control group were given the conventional guide for nursing, while patients of the observational group were guided by the recovery video on the basis of conventional nursing. Results There were significant statistic differences between two groups in postoperative intubation time, ICU stay, off-bed rate, postoperative in-hospital time, Barthel index and postoperative complications(P<0.05). Conclusion Recovery video con effectively shorten the postoperative intubation time, ICU stay and incidence of complications, and increase the off-bed rate and self ability in apply in perioperative guide for patients of cardiac surgery.
