      目的 提高口腔科护士营养知晓率,从而进一步提高营养宣教的有效性,降低患者营养不良发生率。方法 2015年11月成立品管圈,确立“提高护士营养知晓率”为主题,对品管圈应用前护士营养知识知晓率较低的情况进行原因分析,确立目标,制定相应整改措施。结果 活动前护士营养知识均分为60.13±10.228分,活动后均分为79.31±7.930分,得分差异具有统计学意义(z=-6.954; P=0.000),圈员能力及团队凝聚力也有了很大的提高。 结论 开展品管圈活动可提高护士营养知晓率,从而提高患者饮食护理质量。

      Objective There are three main purposes in this study, improving the nutrition awareness rate of nurses, strengthening the effectiveness of nutrition education and reducing the incidences of malnutrition in patients. Methods The quality control circle was established in November 2015, aiming to improving the nutrition awareness rate of nurses. We analyzed the reasons for the relatively low nutrition knowledge awareness rate of nurses before using quality control circles. Therefore, a reasonable goal for developing appropriate rectification measures was determined. Results Through the study we found that the average score of nurses nutrition knowledge was 60.13 ± 10.228, compared to 79.31 ± 7.930 after the application of quality control circle to nurses. The difference of score was statistically significant (z = -6.954; P = 0.000). Finally, the circle members and team cohesion were also greatly improved. Conclusion Carrying out the quality control circle activities can improve nurses nutrition awareness rate, and then, enhancing the care quality of patients’ daily diet.
