中文摘要:

目的:探讨情景案例分析法在糖尿病联络护士培训后考核中的运用效果。方法:对报名参加糖尿病联络护士培训的人员,进行每月的集中理论授课、操作技能培训,完成全部培训内容后，采用以情景案例分析为主要手段进行结业考试，并对考核合格的糖尿病联络护士进行效果评价。结果:从参加糖尿病联络护士培训的48名人员中，按照理论考试成绩和考勤率是否达标的要求初筛出28名，采用情景案例分析法进行结业考试后选拔出22名糖尿病联络护士。情境案例分析法的考核方式得到了糖尿病联络护士的广泛认可，且联络护士的理论知识、操作技能成绩及护士长对其工作的评价得分均得到显著提高。结论:情景案例分析法用于糖尿病联络护士考核,有利于选拔出综合素质较高的糖尿病联络护士，提高糖尿病健康教育与专科护理质量，值得推广应用。

英文摘要:

Objective:To explore the evaluation mode of scenario case analysis effect in the Liaison nurse training in diabetes mellitus.Methods:Monthly concentration of theory teaching, skills training for whose sign up for diabetes liaison nurse training .After training ,used scenario case analysis as the main means of graduation exam and evaluates the effect. Results:According to the theory of test scores and attendance rate choose 28 nurses from 48 registration nurses and using the method of case scenario analysis select 22 diabetes liaison nurses from those 28 nurses.Most of the diabetes liaison nurses approve the evaluates ways of scenario case analysis .The nurse's theory of knowledge, operation skill scores and the head nurse of its job evaluation scores were improved significantly.Conclusion:Scenario case analysis method used for assessment of diabetes liaison nurses can help to select the high comprehensive quality diabetes liaison nurses and improve the quality of diabetes specialist nurses.It is worthy of popularization and application.
