| 【】目的 探讨护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝依从性的影响；方法 选取2014年1月至2014年1月310例在我院接受心脏瓣膜置换手术治疗的病患,按照随机编号法分为实验组和对照组各155例,实验组患者制定综合护理干预机制,对照组患者实施常规护理,对比两组接受心脏瓣膜置换手术的患者对心脏康复知识的认知度、术后抗凝药物依从性以及对药物的不适表现情况；结果 实验组患者在接受一定护理干预后在对心脏瓣膜置换手术以及术后康复知识的认知度较对照组接受常规护理的患者有明显提高,差异有统计意义；研究组心脏疾病患者对术后抗凝治疗依从性明显优于对照组。结论 心脏瓣膜置换手术后对患者实施科学、合理的护理干预,有助于增加病患对心脏疾病治疗及康复知识的学习和深度认知,有效的减少或者避免术后抗凝治疗中出血情况的发生,帮助病患在抗凝治疗中培养更好的依从性,因此护理干预对心脏瓣膜置换术后抗凝依从性具有良性作用,值得临床推广价值。 |

| Objective ： To research effect of nursing intervention on anticoagulation compliance after cardiac valve replacement;Method:Selected310 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement surgery in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2014.All of the patients they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 155 cases in each group, the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group received routine nursing, on cardiac rehabilitation knowledge, postoperative anticoagulation drug compliance and drug discomfort were compared between the two groups of patients underwent heart valve replacement surgery;Result:The patients in the experimental group received nursing intervention in certain awareness of rehabilitation knowledge of heart valve replacement surgery and after surgery than the control group received the routine nursing care of patients is significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant; the study group of patients with heart disease on postoperative anticoagulation treatment compliance was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:After cardiac valve replacement surgery nursing intervention on patients with scientific and rational, helps to increase the patient of heart disease treatment and rehabilitation knowledge learning and cognitive depth, effectively reduce or avoid the occurrence of bleeding in the postoperative anticoagulant therapy, help patients develop better compliance in the treatment of anticoagulation, therefore effect of nursing intervention on compliance with benign anticoagulation after heart valve replacement, it is worthy of clinical popularization value. |
