      目的 分析前列腺手术患者病例特征，为术后排尿功能的快速康复提供参考依据。方法 回顾分析2015年6月至2016年6月于上海市某两家三级甲等综合性医院行前列腺手术的患者病例。结果 447例病例中，诊断为前列腺增生者185人，以经尿道前列腺电切术为主，前列腺恶性肿瘤者262人，以前列腺癌根治术为主；57.72%的患者存在合并症，67.11%的患者入院时存在排尿异常；术后留置导尿时间的影响因素有文化程度、医疗付费方式、合并症、入院时排尿情况、居住地及不良嗜好。结论 临床护理工作应加强对前列腺术后患者排尿功能康复的关注，根据术后留置导尿时间的影响因素，以外科快速康复理念为指导，为前列腺术后患者实施针对性的排尿功能康复训练方案，提高患者生活质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the characteristics of cases of patients after prostatic surgery，and provide the reference basis for fast-track. Methods Reviewed and analyzed cases of patients after prostatic surgery from June 2015 to June 2016 in two tertiary hospitals. Results 447 cases were selected.185 patients were diagnosed with prostatic hyperplasia, and mainly treated by Transurethral resection of the prostate.262 patients were diagnosed with prostate malignant tumor, and mainly treated by radical prostatectomy. 57.72% patients had complications, and 67.11% patients had urination disorders. The degree of education, health-payment, complications，urination, place of abode and bad habits will influence the indwelling catheter days after surgery. Conclusions Medical workers ought to pay attentions to the rehabilitation of urination. The specific scheme of urinating function rehabilitation is needed, which based on the influence factors and Fast-track surgery theory.
