| 目的 通过对全国医院手术室外来手术器械管理现状的调研,了解运行过程中存在的主要问题,为改进和完善手术室外来手术器械运行管理方法提供依据。方法 采用自行设计问卷,对全国53家医院的手术室管理者进行外来手术器械现状调查。结果 58.5％的医院对当前使用的外来手术器械的清洗质量表示满意,39.6％的医院认为清洗质量一般；90.5％的医院赞同将外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心标准化清洗、消毒、灭菌、监测流程；34％的医院能做到对全部外来手术器械实现信息跟踪和追溯管理,15.1％的医院无任何追溯信息；60.4％的医院存在部分或所有手术由器械商技术人员上手术台进行操作,83％的医院存在器械商技术人员在手术室内进行操作指导；外来手术器械信息追溯及外来人员管理环节较为薄弱。结论 各医院手术室需确保外来手术器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌质量,落实外来人员的安全管理,加强对外来手术器械的追溯管理,规范外来手术器械各环节的质量管理。 |

| Objective To know about the management status of loaner from the hospital operating room, and to find the main problems existing in the operation process,which can provide foundation for improving and perfecting the operation and the management of loaner. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status on 53 managers from nation hospital operation rooms.Results The quality satisfaction about loaner is low on cleaning from all the hospitals.Only 58.5% hospitals were satisfied with the cleaning quality on loaner from the current use,while 39.6% hospitals said that the cleaning quality on loaner was in general.90.5 % hospitals agreed to include loaner into the process of standardized cleaning,disinfection,sterilization and monitoring from CSSD.The information traceability of loaner and the management of outcomers is weak.Only 34% hospitals can realize information traceabilit and tracking management of all the loaner.There are still 15.1% hospitals without any information traceability. As much as 60.4% hospitals existed that some or even all of the operations were operated by technicists of manufacturers,and 83% hospitals existed that technicists of manufactures make a guidance in the operating room.Conclusion The hospital operating rooms need to ensure that the quality of loaner on cleaning disinfection and sterilization,to put the safety management of outcomers into practice ,to strengthen the tracking management of loaner and to make a regulation on each link about the quality management of loaner. |
