多发性骨髓瘤是常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤之一，是由于浆细胞异常增生，导致骨质疏松甚至溶骨性破坏的恶性血液病。其发病率仅次于非霍奇金淋巴瘤，且近年来其发病率有逐年升高的趋势。进展期主要症状有骨痛、贫血、高血钙、病理性骨折、肾脏损害及反复感染等。合理的护理措施对治疗可产生事半功倍的效果。延续性护理是通过一系列行动设计用以确保患者在不同的健康照顾场所（如从医院到家庭）及同一健康照护场所（如医院的不同科室）收到不同水平的协作性与连续性的照护，对患者后期的恢复有重要意义。骨痛对患者的生活质量造成极大的影响，合理的延续性护理，可改善患者的生活质量，减轻患者的痛苦。

英文摘要:

Multiple myeloma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the blood system. Its incidence is only second to non Hodgkin"s lymphoma, and its incidence is increasing year by year. The main symptoms are bone pain, anemia, progressive hypercalcemia, pathological fracture, kidney damage and repeated infection etc.. Reasonable nursing measures can get twice the result with half the effort. The pain is due to myeloma cells in the bone marrow hyperplasia, leading to osteoporosis and osteolytic destruction, while inhibition caused by bone cell formation. Continuity nursing is to ensure patients in different of health care places (from hospital to family) and the same health care places (different Department in hospital) received different level of collaboration care through series action design.Multiple myeloma induced bone pain is very painful for patients, in order to reduce the suffering of patients, is discussed in this thesis. Bone pain has a great impact on patients’ quality, reasonable continuity of care can improve the patients" quality of life and relieve patients’ pain.
