      目的：探讨先天性角膜混浊患儿母亲的内心体验，收集相关内容，为护理人员能为患儿提供更好的护理措施提供一定的依据。方法：2016年9-12月，采用目的抽样法选择在复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院门诊首诊并确诊为先天性角膜混浊患儿的母亲12名为研究对象，对其进行深度访谈，采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈，并采用Colaizzi7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析，整理提炼主题。结果：先天性角膜混浊患儿母亲的内心体验可以归纳为以下5个主题：沉重的心理压力、疾病知识缺乏、经济压力的负担、希望得到的帮助和支持、生育多胎的需求和疑虑。结论：护理人员应主动了解患儿母亲的真实感受，并对其进行针对性的护理和健康教育，给予其相关的支持和帮助。
英文摘要:
      Objective: to explore the inner experience of children with congenital corneal opacity mother, collect related content, for the nursing staff can provide children with better nursing measures to provide a certain basis. Methods: Dec-Nov, 2016, adopts the purposive sampling method to select the first eye otolaryngology hospital affiliated to fudan university clinic diagnosis and the patient"s mother had 12 diagnosed with congenital corneal opacity, the research object, carries on the depth interview, the phenomenological research adopts qualitative research method of semi-structured interviews, and using the method of step Colaizzi7 analyze the interview data, extracting themes. Results: children with congenital corneal opacity mother"s inner experience can be summarized as the following five topics: heavy psychological pressure, lack of knowledge of disease, economy burden, hope to get help and support, the demand of multiple births and doubt. Conclusion: the nursing staff should take the initiative to understand children mother"s true feelings, and carries on the corresponding nursing and health education, and gives its related support and help.
