      目的 探讨优化护理服务流程在急诊临时观察室实施和效果。方法 2015年5月起急诊临时观察室实施优化护理服务流程,内容包括:积极推行责任制护理,加强护理信息化建设,开展多形式和多种途径的健康宣教,注重临终关怀护理等。比较优化护理服务流程实施前(2014年5月-12月)与实施后(2015年5月-12月)的各项护理指标。结果 优化护理服务流程实施后,护理质量指标和患者满意度均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；护理不良事件发生数下降。结论 优化护理服务流程的实施能提高急诊临时观察室的护理工作质量和护理满意度,改善患者就医体验。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the implementation and effect of the optimized nursing service process in emergency temporary observation room. Methods Since May 2015, emergency temporary observation room to optimize the implementation of nursing service process,with the following methods：implemented nursing care with personal responsibility；enhanced the construction of IT system；made multiform health education；Attached importance to hospice care. The nursing indicators were compared between pre-implementation (May-December 2014) and post-implementation (May-December 2015).Results After the implementation of the optimized nursing service process, the nursing quality index and patient satisfaction were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the number of adverse events was decreased. Conclusion The implementation of the optimized nursing service process can improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the emergency temporary observation room, and improve the patient"s medical experience.
