      Transoral atlantoaxial reduction plate (transoral atlantoaxial reduction plate TARP) system is on the anterior cervical surgical instruments in recent years domestic self-developed, set loose, decompression, reduction and fixation function in a body, in the treatment of cervical deformity, basilar invagination and irreducible atlantoaxial dislocation has unique advantages the [1]. TARP operation by transoral approach, anatomical structure is complex, difficult surgery, perioperative nursing has its unique requirements and the difficulty of [2]. early, many studies have confirmed the perioperative and postoperative nursing And closely related to the occurrence, but there is no related research abroad, domestic research is less. The purpose of this study was to the transoral atlantoaxial reduction plate internal fixation of perioperative nursing were reviewed, the clinical application and provide reference for TARP perioperative nursing.
