      目的 了解临床护士对小儿PICC维护相关知识的掌握情况及其影响因素,为临床护理管理者建立其培训方案提供依据。 方法 采用自行设计的《临床护士小儿PICC维护知识调查问卷》,对上海市某三甲医院的234名儿科护士行问卷调查。 结果 本组儿科护士的PICC维护知识得分呈偏低(61.42±12.76),并受其是否专职从事PICC维护、是否承担培训职责及是否为PICC护理小组成员的影响。 结论 儿科护士掌握PICC维护知识情况尚有提升空间,提示临床护理管理者有必要针对护士个体情况提供个性化培训方案,以提供小儿PICC护理质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the situation of mastery PICC maintenance-related knowledge and skills among clinical nurses and to study its effect factors. Method By simple sampling, 234 pediatric nurses were surveyed for the PICC skills by questionnaire. Results The scores of PICC maintenance were low. The gap to quality requirements was existed. And taking responsibility of professional PICC maintenance, training and being a PICC team member were effect factors. Conclusion The pediatric nurses’ knowledge and skills of PICC maintenance would be improved, which implied that individual training plans should be formed, so that quality of PICC maintenance will improved.
