中文摘要:
      目的 总结加速康复外科护理策略在达芬奇机器人肺手术患者围手术期中实施的护理经验。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月至10月在我科行达芬奇机器人进行肺手术患者89例,按加速康复外科护理,术前做好心理护理、健康宣教、气道护理,术后做好体位、镇痛,早期下床活动、肺康复护理。结果 89例患者术程顺利,出现3例并发症,经积极治疗均顺利出院。结论 加速康复外科护理应用于达芬奇机器人肺手术患者,具有手术创伤小、出血量少、术后并发症低、置管时间短、出院时间快等优势。
英文摘要:
      ABSTRACT：Objective Summarizing the peri-operative nursing experience of enhanced recovery program after surgery(ESAS)in patients undergoing Da Vinci Robotic lung Surgery. Methods To analyze the 89 cases who underwent surgical treatment with daVinci S Surgical System from January 2016 to October 2016.All cases use ERAS nursing system, strengthen preoperative education and explain the superiority of robotic surgery, guide to cough and deep breathing exercises,improve thepreoperative preparation, enhance the nursing of respiratory ang pain.Instructing patients to active early, to promote the recovery of lung function. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, 3 cases have recurrence,after active treatment,discharged smoothly.Conclusion Application of enhanced recovery program after surgery(ESAS)in patients undergoing Da Vinci Robotic lung Surgery, can be safely used for the treatment of lung surgery with smaller trauma, faster recovery, less pain.
