| 目的：了解先天性胫骨假关节患儿父母亲或监护人的精神卫生状况,分析影响其心理健康的因素。方法：按便捷抽样方式抽取在我院住院手术治疗来自来国29个省市的129个先天性胫骨假关节患儿家庭采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)自评问卷测试,同时填写一般情况表进行评定。结果：患儿父母或监护人90项症状平均得分为1.56分,高于全国常模1.44分,差异有统计学意义,而强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性等五个维度的得分也高于全国常模的得分,差异均有统计学意义,低学历的群体在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执及精神病性等方面的得分更高,较低收入者在人际关系敏感与抑郁维度得分较高,差异具有统计学意义,结论：先天性胫骨假关节患儿父母亲或监护人心理健康值得关注,医护人员应加以重视,对重点关注的低学历父母亲或监护人的应特别加强心理辅导,不断提升低学历父母亲或监护人的心理健康素质。 |

| Objective: To investigate the mental health status of the parents or guardians in children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia, and to analyze the affecting factors of their mental health. Methods: Samples were selected from 129 families in children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia of 29 provinces in our hospital according to the convenient sampling method. We adopt symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) self rating questionnaire and record the general situation for evaluation. Results: The 90 symptoms average scores of parents or guardians in children with CPT were higher than the national norm 1.44 points with an average of 1.56 points, the difference was statistically significant, while the compulsion, depression, anxiety, fear and psychosis scores were higher than the national norm scores, the differences were statistically significant, low education groups in interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror, paranoid and psychotic aspects scores were higher than high education groups, low income people in interpersonal sensitivity and depression scores were higher than high income people , the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Doctors should concern about the mental health of parents or guardians in children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia, pay more attention the low education parents or guardians, strengthen psychological services and improve the mental health quality of low education parents or guardians. |
