      目的 比较中西医护理干预对蝮蛇咬伤患者肢体肿痛的效果。方法 将2015年6月至2016年8月收治的96例蝮蛇咬伤所致肢体肿痛的患者随机分为对照组和干预组各48例，分别采取常规护理和中西医结合护理干预，分别于干预的第3天及第7天评价患肢的周径及予患者疼痛评分，同时统计患肢肿胀消退总时间及不良反应发生率。结果 采用中西医结合护理干预的患者在第3天及第7天患肢周径、疼痛评分、患肢肿胀消退总时间及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在蝮蛇咬伤患者救治中，采用中西医结合护理干预能够有效的缓解患者肢体肿痛及降低不良反应的发生，是一种切实可行的护理手段。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on patients with snake bite limb swelling and pain effect. MethodsFrom June 2015 to August 2016,there were 96 cases of snakebite induced limb swelling and pain were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 48 cases in each group, were given conventional treatment and combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine intervention, the intervention respectively third days and 7 days of limb circumference and to patients with pain score, patient and statistics regression of limb swelling time and the incidence of adverse reactions. ResultsThe total time of limb circumference, pain score, the limb swelling subsided in the third day and 7 day and the incidence of adverse reactionsafter the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine nursing intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). ConclusionIn patients with snake bite treatment, combined with nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the swelling and pain of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, is a kind of feasible nursing measures.
