      目的 研究集束化护理策略在预防腹部手术患者留置导尿管期间相关性尿路感染(CAUTI)中的效果,探讨预防CAUTI的有效护理方法。方法 选取2014年12月-2015年12月行腹部手术留置导尿管患者200例,分对照组和干预组各100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,干预组实施集束化护理干预措施,包括正确做好留置导尿管维护和护理,选择合适的拔管时间,有效预防导管相关性感染。对比分析两组患者CAUTI的感染率。结果 干预组组患者CATUI感染率比对照组患者明显下降(P<0.01)。 结论：集束化护理干预能降低患者留置导尿管期间CAUTI的感染率,减轻患者痛苦,提高护理质量,可应用于临床。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effects of Care Bundle in the prevention of indwelling urinary CAUTI and prevent CAUTI more effective nursing methods are discussed. Methods 200 patients with urinary catheter more than five days were divided into control group and intervention group. CAUTI infection rate was chosen as observational index in the Patients of intervention group with CAUTI infection bundle and those of control group with routine nursing. Results Compared with the control group, intervention group of CAUTI infection rate decreased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusions Care Bundle can reduce the rate of indwelling urinary. CAUTI for tracheal intubation patients, so as to alleviate their suffering and improve the quality of nursing, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
