      目的 探讨护理信息化建设过程中,智能化电子输液卡在优化临床输液治疗中的应用效果。方法 随机选择2016年5月~ 2017年1月于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院北院住院病区患者输液卡400份,并发放患者满意度问卷500份,以2016年10月~ 2017年1月的200份为观察组,发放问卷250份,在静脉输液过程中采用智能化电子输液卡模式;回顾性分析2016年5月~ 2016年8月的200份纸质版输液卡作为对照组,发放问卷250份。抽查比较两种输液卡模式中,护理工作质量以及患者满意度情况。结果 观察组在静脉输液过程中的护理差错均明显少于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组。结论 通过在临床输液治疗中实行智能化电子输液卡,可以加强静脉输液过程中的质量控制;增强了护理人员责任心、查对意识,规范护理行为,提高护理记录质量;降低护理人员劳动强度,节约人力、物力;提高输液巡视效率,维护患者权益,提高患者满意度。
英文摘要:
      Purpose Discussion on the process of nursing information construction,to find the application effect of intelligent electronic transfusion card in clinical nursing work quality. Method Randomly selected 400 infusion cards of inpatients,between May 2016 and January 2017,at Rui Jin Hospital North Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and give out patient satisfaction questionnaire 500.Taking the 200 infusion cards between October 2016 and January 2017 as the observation group, give out patient satisfaction questionnaire 250, using the intelligent electronic infusion card model in the intravenous infusion process; retrospective analysis the 200 infusion cards between May 2016 and August 2016 as control group, give out patient satisfaction questionnaire 250.Comparing two kinds of infusion card model, to discuss the nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Result Observation group in the intravenous infusion of nursing errors were significantly less than the control group, patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Through the implementation of intelligent electronic infusion card model, the quality control of intravenous infusion process was strengthened; the sense of responsibility of nursing staff and the checking consciousness was enhanced, nursing behavior was Standardized, the labor intensity of nursing staff was reduced, manpower and material resources were saved; patient rights was safeguarded, at same time ,patient satisfaction, quality of nursing records and the efficiency of transfusion inspection was improved.
