      目的 观察对脑卒中患者家属个性化的健康宣教与脑卒中患者康复进程的关系。方法 将我院2016年收治入院的60例脑卒中患者及家属,按照住院号随机分成两组。对照组30例,对家属实施常规护理健康宣教;试验组30例,对其家属实施个性化健康教育宣教。治疗前后分别对两组脑卒中患者家属进行脑卒中知识测评,对患者进行日常生活能力评估,并分析患者肢体功能康复进程与对患者家属个性化宣教后康复知识掌握情况的相关性。结果 治疗后两组患者进行比较,发现实施家属个性化健康宣教组的患者康复效果优于对照组。结论 对家属个性化健康宣教有助于患者家属脑卒中康复知识掌握,能够提高患者的日常生活能力,促进患者康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the relationship between individualized health education and stroke rehabilitation in stroke patients.Methods 60 cases of stroke patients and their families admitted to our hospital in 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the hospital number. Control group of 30 cases, carry out routine nursing health education for family members; Experimental group of 30 cases, on their families to implement personalized rehabilitation health education guidance. before and after treatment were two groups of stroke patients with family members of stroke knowledge evaluation, the daily life ability of patients to assess, and to analyze the correlation between the rehabilitation process of patients" limb function and the knowledge of rehabilitation after the individualized mission. Results after treatment, the rehabilitation effect of individualized health education group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion personalized health education for family members to help patients with family members of stroke rehabilitation knowledge, can improve the ability of patients with daily life, and promote patient rehabilitation.
