      【】：①目的　观察基于经络腧穴的“健脾助运”推拿术在社区脾气虚儿童护理中的治疗效果。②方法　将 60例脾气虚证儿童随机分为实验组与常规组 ,每组 30例 ,常规组给予常规疗法及小儿捏脊法 ,实验组在常规组的基础上健脾助运推拿术,观察疗效与脾虚症状的改变。结果 健脾助运推拿术能显著改善患儿的脾虚症状。结论　基于经络腧穴的“健脾助运”推拿术是治疗儿童脾气虚证的有效方法。

      【】：①Objective Observation of the therapeutic effect of based on meridian acupoints in nursing of community Temper children. ②Methods 60 cases of spleen qi deficiency children were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group, 30 cases per group, The control group was given conventional therapy and infantile kneading, The experimental group was " Strengthen the spleen in transportation " on the basis of control group, Observation effect and changes of spleen deficiency symptom. ③Results Strengthen the spleen in transportation " can significantly improve the spleen deficiency symptoms in children.④Conclusions is an effective method for treating children with spleen deficiency
