      目的:分析18F-FDG PET/CT检查肠道生理性摄取的影响因素。方法:随机选取2012年12月~2013年5月来本院行18F-FDG PET/CT检查的患者共107例,进行问卷调查,采集肠道生理性摄取的部位、禁食时间、近期(7d内)有无进行肠镜检查等信息,以视觉图像分析法,将上述患者分为有肠道生理性摄取组和无肠道生理性摄取组,采用t检验或卡方检验分析肠道生理性摄取的影响因素。结果:共有107例患者纳入研究,64/107(59.8%)例有肠道生理性摄取,其生理性摄取的主要部位依次为乙状结肠(65%)、降结肠(43%)、直肠(43%)、横结肠(36%)、升结肠(34%)、小肠(0.05%)、回盲部(0.03%)、结肠肝区(0.02%)。统计提示检查前进食刺激性食物、粗纤维食物,短期行肠镜者和下午注射检查的患者较易出现肠道的生理性摄取(P均<0.05)。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT检查前加强饮食方面的宣教至关重要。对怀疑胃肠道疾病的患者,选择上午注射检查等有望减少肠道生理性摄取的干扰,便于进一步鉴别诊断。

      Objective: To analyze the influence factors of 18F-FDG physiological uptake in intestinal tract. Methods: From December 2012 to May 2013, 107 patients who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT in our hospital were randomly enrolled. The questionnaires were collected (the site of 18F-FDG uptake in intestinal tract, fasting time, with or without colonoscopy in the last 7 days, etc.); and they were divided into two groups (with or without physiological intestinal uptake) according to their PET/CT images visually. We used t test or X2 test to analyze the influence factors of 18F-FDG physiologicaluptake in intestinal tract. Results: In 107 enrolled patients, we detected intestinal physiologicaluptake in 64/107 (59.8%) patients: sigmoid colon (65%), descending colon (43%), rectum(43%), transverse colon (36%), ascending colon (34%), small intestine (0.05%), ileocecal junction (0.03%) and hepatic flexure of colon(0.02%). After statistical analysis, irritable and crude fiber food intake, recent colonoscopy examination and patients who underwent PET/CT in the afternoons might cause18F-FDG physiological uptake in intestinal tract more easily (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is important for us to strengthen education on food choose for patients before 18F-FDG PET/CT. For those who are suspicious of gastrointestinal diseases, it might decease the influence of physiological uptake in intestinal tract if they are scheduled to undergo PET/CT in the morning. Therefore, it could be easier for us to make differential diagnosis in film reading.
