      目的：评价助产士门诊对改善初产妇入院待产时机及分娩结局的作用。方法：回顾性研究2016年4月至2016年10月在我院产检的200例初产妇,分为实验组和对照组,各100例。实验组常规产检同时助产士门诊就诊,对照组仅常规产检,通过对入院待产时机、产程进展、分娩结局的分析,比较两组产妇的差异。结果：两组产妇的分娩方式、产程进展均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。 实验组入院待产时机的把握显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：助产士门诊可提高初产妇入院待产时机,识别症状和体征的区别,使产妇做好心理准备,减少产妇反复就医的次数,增强阴道分娩的信心,值得临床推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To assess the role of midwife outpatient on improving the timing of admission in labor and delivery outcomes in primiparas.Methods: We performed a retrospective study from April to October in 2016. 200 cases of primiparas in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 100 cases in each group. The patients in experimental group received both routine obstetric guidance and midwife outpatient service at the same time, While the control group were only treated by routine obstetric guidance. We compared the differences in the timing of admission in labor, labor progress and delivery outcomes between two groups.Results: There were no significant differences in the delivery mode and labor progress between two groups (P> 0.05), while the timing of admission in labor was markedly improved in experimental group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The midwife outpatient service can improve the timing of admission in labor by helping primiparas identify labor symptoms and signs, prepare for delivery, and enhance the confidence of vaginal delivery, so midwife outpatient is worthy of clinical promotion.
