      调查糖尿病患者高危足的现状，并分析影响因素。方法：用自制的量表对糖尿病患者进行高危足筛查。Spss20.0分析保护性感觉和足背动脉搏动减弱的影响因素及两者之间的相关性。结果：36.10%的糖尿病患者存在糖尿病足高危因素。保护性感觉减弱16.26%，足背动脉搏动减弱14.03%，两者之间的相关系数 r=0.265，年龄、病程、足部皮肤颜色改变等是两者的影响因素。结论：糖尿病患者高危足较多，以保护性感觉与足背动脉搏动减弱为主，年龄越大、病程越长及足部皮肤颜色改变者保护性感觉与足背动脉搏动减弱越明显，应加强糖尿病患者的高危足预防。
英文摘要:
      Abstract Objective To investigate the current status of High Risk of Foot in Diabetic Patients and analyze the influence factors. Methods Screening high risk factors of diabetic foot for diabetic patients with self-made scale. Spss 20.0 analysis the influence factors of decreased protective sensation and dorsalis pedis artery pulsation and the correlation between them. Results 36.10% of diabetic patients with high risk factors of foot , including protective feeling decreased 16.26%, dorsalis pedis artery pulsation weakened 14.03%, the correlation coefficient between them r = 0.265 and age, duration, foot skin color change and so on are their influence factors. Conclusion There are many high risk of foot in diabetic patients, protective sensation and dorsalis pedis artery pulsation weakened are the mainly .The older, longer duration and foot skin color changes in protective sensation and dorsalis pedis artery pulsation weakened more obvious, we should strengthen the prevention of these people with high risk of foot in diabetic patients.
