      【摘要】目的 了解我国老年患者DVT的现存、评估及护理现状，从而设计出更便捷有效的评估工具，来增进老年患者DVT的有效治疗率。方法 通过对老年患者的年龄、DVT发生的危险因素、临床护士操作的可行性及临床效果评价为主要内容，设计出老年患者DVT分层评估表，直接客观地反映患者存在或潜在DVT发生危险的概率。结果 临床责任护士能掌握评估表评估方法，评估表结果真实有效。讨论 此评估表有效地筛选出DVT发生的高危人群，从而能够较早进行预防，降低DVT发生率，符合临床护理工作需求，具有良好的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the status of the eardly patients with DVT in our country, so as to design a more convenient and effective assessment tool to improve the effective treatment rate of DVT in elderly patients. Methods Through the main content about the age of elderly patients, DVT risk factors, clinical nurse’s operation feasibility and clinical effect evaluation, to design a DVT layered assessment of elderly patients’. Results The clinical nurse can master the evaluation method and evaluate the results of the table.Conclusion It can reflect the existing or potential dangerous of DVT happen. This assessment effectively filter out DVT occurrence of high-risk groups, so that they can prevent early, reduce the incidence of DVT. It can meet the demand of clinical nursing work, and have good practical value.
