      目的 构建一套实用有效的、适用于肿瘤化疗护理质量评价的指标体系，以促进化疗护理质量的持续改进。方法 基于“结构-过程-结果”模式，选定全国各地护理专家27名，运用德尔菲法进行两轮函询，确定指标体系。结果 通过两轮函询，最终确定了化疗护理质量评价指标体系，包括一级指标3项，二级指标9项，三级指标44项。结论 初步构建了化疗护理质量评价指标体系。
英文摘要:
      Objective To build an effective and practical nursing quality evaluation system for chemotherapy, so as to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality for chemotherapy. Methods This study was based on the structure-process-outcome quality paradigm. A total of 27 nursing experts in various regions in the whole country were selected. A nursing quality evaluation system for chemotherapy was conducted by using a two-round Delphi Method . Results After two rounds of consultation, finally the nursing quality evaluation system for chemotherapy was obtained, including 3 the first level indexes, 9 the second level indexes, 44 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation system for chemotherapy was constructed in preliminary.
