      目的 探讨糖尿病患者低血糖发生情况，时间分布，低血糖表现等。方法 对2016年11月至2017年01月我院内分泌科收治的340名糖尿病患者中发生低血糖患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 340例糖尿病患者中有164人发生过低血糖。无症状低血糖占到58.36%，低血糖高发时间段分别是空腹（26.27%）、午餐前（32.76%）、睡前（10.58%）。结论 在糖尿病治疗中低血糖已成为常见急性并发症之一，而低血糖不仅影响患者的生活水平还威胁着患者生命健康，所以预防及处理好低血糖已然成为糖尿病患者所必须掌握的健康知识。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the incidence of hypoglycemia, time distribution and hypoglycemia in diabetic patients. Methods The clinical data of hypoglycemia patients in 340 diabetic patients admitted to our Department of Endocrinology from November 2001 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 340 patients with diabetes, 164 had hypoglycemia. Asymptomatic hypoglycemia accounted for 58.36%, hypoglycemia were fasting time (26.27%), before lunch (32.76%), before going to bed (10.58%). Conclusion Hypoglycemia has become one of the most common acute complications in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Hypoglycemia not only affects the living standard of the patients but also threatens the health of the patients. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia has become the health knowledge that the diabetic patients must master.
