| 目的 分析总结胸痛中心建设过程中,急性心肌梗死介入治疗的导管室护理策略调整。方法 选取2016年1月1日至2017年5月31日之间,在我院行急诊PCI治疗的急性心肌梗死患者80例,观察导管室护理策略改进前后,导管室启动时间,入院到首份心电图时间,确诊至双联抗血小板时间,急诊室总停留时间,确诊至家属手术知情同意时间,入院至球囊扩张时间等指标,回顾分析总结导管室护理工作的改进策略。结果 导管室护理策略调整后,急性心肌梗死紧急介入治疗相关指标用时明显减少,分别为管室启动时间[36.8±12.2min：28.3±13.5min,P=0.036]；入院到首份心电图时间[ 15.6±6.2min：11.8±9.2min,P=0.021]；确诊至口服双联抗血小板时间[ 16.8±10.8min：10.2±9.2min,P= 0.016]；急诊室停留总时间[72.9±30.5min：68.7±32.1min,p=0.040]；确诊至家属手术知情同意时间[12.0±10.2min：9.8±11.0min,p=0.032]；入门至球囊时间[92.5±45.0min：85.0±33.2min,p=0.042]；结论 导管室护理作为胸痛中心运行中的不可或缺的组成部分,需要不断总结工作经验,改进工作方法,更高效的参与胸痛中心急性心肌梗死的救治工作。 |

| 【】 Objective To analyse the conduit room nursing policy strategy of the percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in the construction of chest pain center(CPC)Method Eighty patients administered by primary percutaneous coronary intervention(pPCI)in our hospital between january 1st,2016 and may 31st,2017 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group. In this study. The index of conduit room starting time,door to electrocardiogram time,diagnosis to dual antiplatelet therapy time,emergency treatment time,diagnosis to sign informed consent time,and door-to-balloon time before and after the nursing improvement were analysed. Result Compared with the control group, the index in observation group improved considerately, including conduit room starting time[36.8±12.2min vs 28.3±13.5min,P=0.036],door to electrocardiogram time [15.6±6.2min vs 11.8±9.2min,P=0.021],diagnosis to dual antiplatelet therapy time[ 16.8±10.8min vs 10.2±9.2min,P= 0.016],emergency treatment time[72.9±30.5min vs 68.7±32.1min,p=0.040],diagnosis to sign informed consent time[12.0±10.2min vs 9.8±11.0min,p=0.032],and door-to-balloon time[92.5±45.0min vs 85.0±33.2min,p=0.042];Conclusion Conduit room nursing, as an important department in CPC, need further improvement to take part in the treatment of AMI effectively. |
