      目的 构建前列腺术后患者排尿功能康复训练方案,并探讨该方案在促进前列腺术后患者排尿功能康复中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年8月-2016年11月于上海市某两家三级甲等医院泌尿外科行前列腺手术的患者68名。其中,8月-9月入院的36名患者为对照组,按照常规护理给予相应的康复护理。10月-11月入院的32名患者为干预组,实施前列腺术后患者排尿功能康复训练方案。结果 两组比较,干预组患者术后留置导尿时间较短,出院时焦虑自评量表得分较低,术后3个月、6个月排尿功能障碍发生率较低,患者满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论 实施前列腺术后患者排尿功能康复训练方案能够促进患者术后排尿功能康复,改善患者焦虑心理,提高患者的满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To build a urinary function rehabilitation training program, and to study the application effect of the program. Methods A total of 68 patients after prostate operation from August 2016 to November 2016 were included. The control group contained 36 patients from October to September, and treated by the routine nursingScare. The experimental group contained 32 patients from October to November, and treated by the program. Result Compared to the control group, the experimental group had shorter urethral catheterization duration, lower SAS score, lower incidence of urinary dysfunction in 3 and 6 months after operation, and higher patients’ satisfaction. Conclusion The urinary function rehabilitation training program can speed up the rehabilitation of urinary function in patients after prostate operation, and relax patients, and improve the satisfaction.
