      目的 通过运用德尔菲（Delphi）法确定口腔门诊护士的医院感染控制能力评价指标，为正确评估口腔门诊护士的医院感染控制能力及开展干预提供依据。方法 2017年1-6月，通过系统的文献检索收集口腔门诊医院感染控制相关指标，确立备选指标，采用Delphi法对口腔医学专业领域内的院感、医疗、护理专家共19名进行2轮问卷函询，并确定各级指标权重。结果 两轮专家咨询的应答率均为100%，专家的权威程度Cr=0.87，构建形成的评价指标包含3个一级指标、15个二级指标和75个三级指标，其权重也被确定。结论 本指标体系对口腔门诊护士的医院感染知识、态度、行为进行了全方位客观评价，可为下一步口腔门诊护士医院感染控制能力量表的开发奠定基础，也为开展有针对性的培训与干预以提高口腔门诊护士的医院感染控制能力提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish an evaluation system for hospital infection control ability of dental nurses with Delphi method. Methods The candidate indicators were established through literature retrieval from January to June 2017. After two rounds of consultation with 19 medical or nursing experts with Delphi method, the index system was established and the weight of indicators was determined. Results The experts’ active attitude coefficient of the two-round Delphi methods were 100%.The experts’ authority coefficient were 0.87.The evaluation indexes included three first-level indicators, fifteen second-level indicators and seventy-five third-level indicators, the weight of indicators were also determined. Conclusion The index system provides a objective evaluation of dental nurses’ hospital infection control ability in terms of knowledge, attitude and behavior and provides basis for further development of hospital infection control ability scale. It also provides a basis for target training and intervention to improve the hospital infection control ability of dental nurses.
