      目的：探讨骨肉瘤病患照顾者创伤后成长的过程和体验。 方法 采用质性研究中的现象学方法，以半结构式访谈的方式收集资料，按照Colaizzi内容分析法对资料予以整理分析。 结果 通过对研究资料的分析比对，骨肉瘤病患得病使其主要照顾者感知到的压力源包括照顾负担及担忧未来，析出创伤反应和成长体验两大主题，其中创伤反应包括各种认知冲突、情绪跌宕起伏、社会行为退缩三个亚主题，成长体验包括感悟人生苦乐、人际关系获益、积极有效应对三个亚主题 结论 骨肉瘤病患照顾者感知创伤产生负面情绪的同时也存在创伤后成长的积极表现，医护工作者需关注照顾者的身心需求，帮助其构建积极有效的社会支持系统，激发其潜能产生更多积极的效应，以期提高对病患的照顾质量，最终提高两者的生存质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the dimensions of Posttraumatic Growth(PTG) in caregivers of patients with osteosarcoma. Methods：Using the phenomenological method in qualitative study, the data were collected in semi-structured interview, sorted and analyzed according to Colaizzi Content Analysis method. Results: Through the analysis of research data, The caregivers perceived stressors include care burden and worries about the patients’ future. Through rumination and meaning-making, the caregivers gained PTG. The evidence exhibited in 2 aspects, Traumatic Reaction and Posttraumatic Growth Experience, Traumatic Reaction including Cognitive Conflict, Moodiness and Social Withdrawal, Posttraumatic Growth Experience including Bittersweet, Improving of Relationship and Positive Coping Strategy. Conclusion: Caregivers of patients with osteosarcoma experienced a range of difficult emotions throughout the cancer trajectory as well as experiencing remarkable changes in their lives. This included both positive and negative changes, which required for the professional care education and psychological nursing. They should be help to build their social support system actively, in order to improve the quality of patient care, eventually improve the quality of both life.
