| 目的 分析影响护士运用目测法评估患者出血量准确性的相关因素以及目测法培训对提升护士评估、判断出血量能力的效果。方法 采用整群抽样,选取我院妇产科护士共70名作为培训及研究对象,应用广义线性模型统计学方法分析护士目测评估患者出血量能力与学历、职称和专科护龄之间的关系；运用配对样本t检验比较目测法培训前后护士评估患者出血量准确率的变化。结果 护士目测评估出血量准确率与其学历、职称无相关性(p>0.05),而与护士专科年限存在显著相关(p<0.05)；培训后护士目测评估大量和小量出血的准确率(0.60±0.06；0.82±0.05)%较培训前(0.54±0.09；0.63±0.08)%有明显提高,前后差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 护士目测出血量的能力随专科年限增加而更强；目测法培训能够在一定程度上提升护士评估出血量的准确性,但与临床意义的准确要求仍有差距,判断出血量应根据临床实际采用主客观结合的方式提高准确性。 |

| Objective:To analyze the related factors about accuracy that nurse visual estimated blood loss and the effect of Visual Assessment training enhance the capacity that nurses estimated blood loss. Methods: A cluster sample of seventy gynecologic and obstetric nurses as training and research objects, analyzing the correlation among nurse’s ability of visual estimated blood loss and degree, title, years of specialty by generalized linear models; Comparing the change of the accuracy between before and after the Visual Assessment training by Paired- sample T test. Results: the accuracy that nurse visual estimated blood loss has no correlation with degree, title(p>0.05). it has a significantly correlation with years of specialty (p<0.05); the nurses visual estimated large and small amounts of bleeding to be more accurate after training(0.60±0.06；0.82±0.05)%than before(0.54±0.09；0.63±0.08)%, the difference between before and after training was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion：nurse’s abilitySStoSestimateSbloodSloss was stronger as increasing years of specialty; The accuracy that nurse visual estimated blood loss can improve to some extent by VisualSAssessmentStraining, but still has a gap with clinical Srequirements, determing the bleeding should be based on clinical practice by using the combined subjective and objective way to improve accuracy. |
