      【】［目的］探讨PDCA循环管理法提高妇产科N1护士急救知识和技能的效果。［方法］于2016年10月-2017年6月,成立持续质量改进护理小组,运用PDCA循环管理流程进行计划、执行、检查和处理,实现N1护士急救知识和技能的持续改进并进行效果评价。［结果］运用PDCA循环管理后84名N1护士对急救物品、药品等理论知识掌握和综合急救场景应对能力均有提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在PDCA实施后三个月后对部分内容再次考核显示持续改进项目效果稳定,较改善前具有显著差异(P<0.05)。［结论］运用PDCA循环管理可有效提高N1护士急救知识和技能,对于提高妇产科护理工作质量,促进患者安全具有重要意义。

      【】Objective To explore the effects of PDCA cycle management in improving emergency knowledge and skills of N1 nurses in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods A continuous quality improvement nursing team was set up and PDCA cycle management involved planning, doing, checking and acting was applied in the continuous improvement and effect evaluation of emergency knowledge and skills of N1 Nurses.Results After the application of PDCA cycle,84 N1 nurses’ knowledge of emergency item and drugs,ability of coping comprehensive emergency scene were significantly improved(P<0.05)。Rechecking the effect of the program partially three months after the implementation of PDCA showed the effects were maintained and also better than before implementation of PDCA(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of PDCA cycle management can effectively improve emergency knowledge and skills of N1 nurses, improve the nursing quality in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and promote patient safety.
