| 【】目的：探讨微信群的建立对PICC置管患者实施延续护理,进行导管自我管理能力效果评价和满意度的分析。方法：自2016年7月至2017年至今在我科住院治疗的210例PICC置管患者,对照组87例为2016年下半年收治的患者,在置管后进行PICC标准化维护操作及带管离院后自我管理相关知识的健康教育,实验组123例为2017年至今收治的患者,除常规教育外及在离院时加入微信群,通过微信进行群管理的方式进行个体化健康教育和微信健康信息推送。分别在3个月后对患者进行自我维护管理能力及满意度的问卷调查。结果：实验组的患者在日常导管观察、维护依从性、导管管理信心、异常情况处理、信息获取、带管运动、带管日常活动等管理能力方面明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)结论：建立微信交流群有利于PICC 置管患者进行管理和指导,可以促进患者及家属的自觉性和主动性,降低了导管滑脱、断裂、污染等意外事件的发生率,避免了安全隐患,同时也延长了PICC导管的使用期限,降低患者治疗成本,提高了PICC置管患者的自我维护管理能力,提升了患者的生活质量,提高了患者的满意率,是简单、实用、高效的健康教育方法。 |

| 【】Objective: To explore the establishment of WeChat group and to carry out continuous nursing care for PICC catheter patients, and to evaluate the effect of catheter self-management and satisfaction analysis. Methods: From July 2016 to 2017 so far in our hospital 210 cases of patients treated with PICC catheter, and 87 patients in control group were treated for the second half of 2016, PICC standardized operation and maintenance with pipe from hospital in the catheter after self management related knowledge of health education, the observation group of 123 cases for the first half of 2017 patients admitted, in addition to routine education and to leave the hospital to join the WeChat group, WeChat group management by way of individual health education and health WeChat push. After 3 months, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the self maintenance, management ability and satisfaction of the patients. Results: The observation group of patients in the daily maintenance, catheter compliance, catheter management confidence, exception handling, information acquisition, tube movement, with daily activities and management ability were higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05) . Conclusion: The establishment of WeChat communication group for PICC catheter management and guidance, can promote the consciousness and initiative of patients and their families, reduce pollution, catheter slippage, fracture accident rate, to avoid security risks, at the same time the PICC catheter use period is prolonged, reduces the cost of patients, improve the patient"s self PICC catheter maintenance and management ability, improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction, health education method is simple, practical and efficient. |
