| 【】目的：探讨易疏通式防堵型吸引器头在人工髋关节置换术中的应用。方法：选取2016年11月至2017年11月我院确诊治疗的人工髋关节置换术患者100例,依据随机分配原则分为改良组和常规组,每组50例,常规组给予常规普通吸引器头干预,改良组给予易疏通式防堵型吸引器头干预,统计分析所有患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、疼痛和吸引器头堵塞、脱落、疏通、更换情况。结果：改良组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间和吸引器头堵塞率、脱落率、更换率明显低于常规组,前者吸引器头疏通率明显高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；改良组术后1、7d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：易疏通式防堵型吸引器头可有效保持人工髋关节置换术患者术中吸引器头通畅,有利于减少患者手术时间和创伤及确保患者术后恢复。 |

| 【S】objective:To discuss the application of easy open type block type attractor in artificial hip replacement.Methods: 100 patients with artificial hip replacement were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in our Hospital. According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into improved group and normal group, 50 cases in each group,normal group was given conventional ordinary attractor intervention, improved group was given easy open type block type attractor intervention,statistical analyzed all patients with intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay, pain and the situation of attractor head congestion, fall off, dredge and replacement.Results:The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, length of hospital stay and attractor head congestion rate and loss rate, replacement rate of improved group were significantly lower than those of normal group,the attractor dredge rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The postoperative 1, 7 d visual analogue scale (VAS) of improved group were significantly lower than those of normal group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Easy open type block type attractor can effectively maintain the attractor unobstructed in patients with artificial hip replacement,it is beneficial to reduce the operation time and trauma of patients and ensure the postoperative recovery of patients. |
