| 【】 目的：探讨突发性意外伤害对父母重大事件心理应激反应及经济压力相关方面的影响。 方法：采用便利抽样法,选取2015年6月至2016年6月因突发性意外伤害于我院儿科急诊就诊患儿的家属(意外伤害组)和非突发性意外伤害就诊的患儿家属(非意外伤害组),各70名,收集性别、年龄、教育背景等一般资料。采用修订版意外事件影响量表(IES-R)和家庭经济力量量表调查父母的心理应激反应和经济压力,并以Pearson相关分析心理应激反应和经济压力的相关因素。 结果：意外伤害组IES-R总分和各维度评分,及家庭经济力量量表评分均高于非意外伤害组(均P=0.000)。Pearson相关性分析发现,心理应激反应与性别、教育程度、家庭人均月收入相关(P=0.039、0.042、0.001)；经济压力与职业、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付方式有关(P=0.034、0.001、0.001)。 结论：突发性意外伤害会加重父母重大事件心理应激反应程度和经济压力,对女性、教育程度低、家庭收入水平低及医疗费用报销比例少的家庭应加强此方面的心理辅导。 |

| 【】 Objective: To explore the influence of childhood unintentional injury on psychological stressful reactions and economic pressure in patient’s parents. Methods: The 70 parents of childhood unintentional injury(unintentional injury group) from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were selected by Convenient sampling method, and the other 70 parents without childhood unintentional injury were selected as non-unintentional injury group. The general data were collected in two groups, as sex, age, education degree. The levels of psychological stressful reactions and economic pressure were researched by the Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R) and Family economic strength scale, the related factors were analyzed by Pearson correlative analysis. Results: The total score and dimension score of IES-R and Family economic strength scale were higher in unintentional injury group than these in non-unintentional injury group(P=0.000). Pearson correlative analysis showed that psychological stressful reactions were correlated with gender, education background and family income per month(P=0.039, 0.042, 0.001); economic pressure were correlated with profession, family income per month and medical expenses payment method(P=0.034, 0.001, 0.001). Conclusion: Childhood unintentional injury can increase the psychological stressful reactions and economic pressure in patient’s parents, and families with women, education, low family income and less reimbursement for medical expenses should strengthen psychological counseling in this area. |
