      目的:探讨品管圈活动正在提高冠心病患者饮食健康的知晓率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,确立“提高冠心病患者饮食健康的知晓率”为活动主题,进行现况调查、要因分析、拟定对策、运用PDCA循环原则进行对策的实施和效果评价。结果:实施品管圈活动后,患者健康饮食的知晓率从10%上升至85.71%(c2=87.86,P<0.001)。结论:品管圈活动可以提高冠心病患者饮食健康的知晓情况;有助于规范护理行为;提高护士临床实践与管理的综合素质。
英文摘要:
      Objectives: To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) on the diet knowledge improvement for the patients’ with coronary heart disease. Methods: Quality control circle named “heart circle” has been established. The basic steps including current status investigation, major causes analysis, strategy making, implementation, monitoring and evaluation according to the PDCA principle are the main principle of the quality improvement project. Results: The diet knowledge of patients have improved from 10% to 85.71%(c2=87.86,P<0.001)after the one round QCC. Conclusion: QCC could improve the diet knowledge of patients with coronary heart disease, standardized the nursing practice and improve the comprehensive practice and management quality of nurses.
