| 目的 分析住院患者跌倒不良事件的临床特点,以加强临床护理人员对跌倒不良事件的认识,为预防跌倒不良事件的发生提供参考。方法 采用回顾性调查分析的方法,便利抽样选取某三级甲等医院2012年1月-2016年12月168例跌倒不良事件的患者,分析其一般资料、跌倒发生情况、跌倒发生时当班护士的情况,运用利用率、百分比及频数进行描述分析。结果 (1)70.83%的跌倒患者发生损伤,损伤类型以颅脑损伤、骨折为主；(2)跌倒患者中,60.12%为女性,78.0%为66岁以上的老年患者；(3)1-12月份中跌倒发生率呈锯齿状分布,3月份每天每千人跌倒率最高为1.13；A、P、N三班发生跌倒的比例为0.32:0.39:1,凌晨6:00-7:00发生跌倒的例数最多；(4)跌倒不良事件发生的值班护士,42.26%为工作1-5年的护士,46.43%为护师职称。结论 护理管理者及临床护理人员应关注跌倒发生的重点人群及相关规律,加强低年资护士的专业水平及防跌倒意识,降低跌倒的发生风险。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of fall events in hospitalized patients, and strengthen the understanding of clinical nursing staff on the fall events to provide references for prevention of fall events. Methods A retrospective study was conducted based on the data of falls in the Nursing Adverse Events Repon system of Guangdong Province from January 1st,2012 to December 30th,2016.168 patients general conditions and wound conditions were surveyed through case report．The percentage constituent ratio and frequency was used for data description. Results (1) 70.83% of the fall patients suffered damage, and the type of injury was mainly caused by craniocerebral injury and fracture.(2) 60.12% of the fall patients were female and 78.0% were elderly patients over 66 years old;(3) The incidence rate of falls was indented in January and December, and the rate of fall per thousand people was 1.13 per day in March. The ratio of falls to A, P and N was 0.32:0.39:1. The maximum number of falls occurred at 6:00-7:00 in the morning;(4) the nurses who were on duty during the fall, 42.26% of the nurses working 1-5 years, and 46.43% of the nurses" professional titles. Conclusion Nursing managers and the clinical nursing staff should pay attention to the focus groups and related law of fall, strengthen the professional level of low qualification nurses and the fall prevention consciousness, reduce the risk of falls. |
