      目的：研究护理干预对于髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折患者骨折愈合时间、术后并发症及满意度的影响 方法：选取80例肱骨干骨折的患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各为40例，观察组使用交锁髓内钉内固定治疗，对其实施综合护理干预，对照组则实施常规的骨科护理，比较两组之间护理的效果。结果：骨折愈合的时间比较存在差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的术后并发症、感染率比对照组低，满意度比对照组高。结论：对髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干骨折患者进行综合的护理干预，可以减少骨折愈合的时间，减少手术并发症，提高治疗的满意度。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the nursing intervention for intramedullary nail in treatment of humeral shaft fractures in patients with fracture healing time, complications and influence satisfaction after surgery: 80 cases of patients with humeral shaft fractures, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group for 40 cases, the observation group using interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation, implement comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group was given routine Department of orthopedics nursing, nursing effect between the two groups were compared. Results: the fracture healing time differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group postoperative complications, infection rate lower than the control group, satisfaction is higher than the control group. Conclusion: the screw fixation for the treatment of humeral shaft fractures with intramedullary comprehensive nursing intervention, can reduce the time of fracture healing, reduce complications and improve treatment satisfaction.
