目的 发展“高仿真模拟教学对学生护理能力影响测评表”,并进行信度和效度分析。 方法 对213名护理学生进行调查,考察“高仿真模拟教学对学生护理能力影响测评表”的性能。 结果 测评表共33个条目,探索性因子分析得到6个公因子,累计方差贡献率69.404%;测评表的Cronbach"s α系数为0.959,重测信度系数为0.938。 结论 “高仿真模拟教学对学生护理能力影响测评表”有良好的信度和效度,可用于评价该教学方法对学生护理能力影响的状况。 |

Objective To develop an instrument for measuring the effect on the nursing competence of students by High-fidelity simulation teaching and to test the psychometric characteristic of this scale. Methods 213 nursing students were recruited and completed the Effect Inventory of High-fidelity Simulation Teaching on Students" Nursing Competence. Results The Effect Inventory of High-fidelity Simulation Teaching for the Students" Nursing Competence consisted of 33 items, the exploratory factor analysis identified six principal factors, and explained for 69.404% variance, Cronbach"s α coefficient of the scale was 0.959, and test-retest reliability was 0.938. Conclusion The Effect Inventory of High-fidelity Simulation Teaching on Students’ Competence has good reliability and validity. It can be used as a tool to measure the effect of High-fidelity simulation teaching on the students’ nursing competence. |
